I realize I have not told all of you about Hatoful Boyfriend, so here you go. It is a video game where you play the only human in a school (and world) full of pigeons. I literally cannot make it up, so here you go. Please know that I paid 10 American dollars for this.

PLOT TWIST: It's kind of good? Also I got literally assassinated on my first run for not flirting with any pigeons, so take that, Gone Home!

The rest of this email will serve as a palate cleanser for letting you know that Hatoful Boyfriend ever existed.

Still in the realm of Games of Video: The Sailor's Dream is a new game that has been reviewed as "MYSTful" but also that "players will explore a mystery at their own pace, beholden only to curiosity. No timeclock ticks. No enemies prick. The only call is the past," so sign me up.

While we're talking MYST-like games, I heartily recommend Monument Valley - it's for iPhone / Android, and a beautiful puzzle game. See also: The Room (not the Tommy Wiseau version, don't worry) which is legitimately challenging in a very satisfying way.

There is a new book on Star Wars Original Trilogy costumes out and it looks great, and so here is a picture of Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher lookin' all adorable on the set of TESB.

My cheese magazine is asking the hard-hitting questions in cheese journalism: Think Neufchatel and cream cheese are interchangeable? Well, not exactly!

Also, finally, a bakery-themed hotel has just opened in Barcelona, so Sarah and I know where our next trip will be (it's also gorgeous)
